THE FIAT 124 IN THE WORLD (Pt. III)

We're back to the documantare worldwide deployment of our pets. In these images we see, from 'high below, two photos of a specimen, RHD, built under license in India in 1968, all 'now existing in Bangalore. Then comes a picture of Cairo, a city where the 124 does everything 'now appreciated, along with its Soviet foreign versions, English and Turkish. There is also a model built in Uruguay, and finally a copy of Zhiguli 21-011 photographed by myself in Varadero, Cuba, in June 1994.
The goodness of the basic design of the 124 is evidenced by the fact that versions of (former) USSR in part, specimens manufactured or exported in the world are really the same as those coming out of Mirafiori. Even the right-hand drive versions were unchanged from standard and optional equipment ours.
deserves a special note of the fact that, thanks to their legendary durability, the 124 is highly appreciated in Africa. In Cairo there are many Egyptians as if they are brought so many out there. A good friend of mine told me that sometimes in Turin to save by 'exporting the few surviving examples must hunt them down!
We understand that some even serving in our missions, bring the following to our priests.
